NAIL Harness in development

A middleware SDK for defence-in-depth on AI agent stacks — semantic firewalls, circuit breakers, egress policy, and budget enforcement, embedded in your agent's process. An earlier version of this page documented it as a shipped package. It is not shipped yet, and we would rather tell you that.

What you can use today live

MCP governance gateway — per-tool-call policy (tool allowlists, egress control, credential-scope checks, velocity limits) enforced server-side for agents that speak MCP. See runtime governance.
Telemetry SDK — pip install nail-sdk reports your agent's events into live monitoring, pathology detection and the quiet-agent watchdog. See fleet monitoring.
Hosted adversarial audit — the certification battery with a signed certificate and public verify page. See certification, or scan your own agent free.

What Harness will add

In-process middleware for stacks where a server-side gateway is not enough: egress and metadata-IP blocking inside the agent process, pattern-based forbidden-action detection, token/cost/tool-call circuit breakers, session TTLs, and event-sourced rollback. Design partners help shape the API. No install command, version number, or module list will appear on this page until the package is actually downloadable.
